Your quote is used to prepare your report. We don’t sell your personal information or contact suppliers on your behalf.

What we collect

Your email, the quote you submit, your report and payment status. We may also record which ad brought you here and basic usage information to keep the service working.

How we use it

We use this information to analyse your quote, research comparable products or services, and give you access to your report. Entering your email does not subscribe you to marketing.

Who processes it

Trusted service providers help us process quotes, research prices, store reports and handle payments. Some processing may take place overseas. Price searches use relevant product or service details rather than your original document. Please remove unnecessary personal or banking information before uploading.

How long we keep it

Uploaded files are kept temporarily while we process your report. We delete them after successful processing and schedule remaining uploads for deletion after one day. Email, extracted quote details and reports are kept for up to 30 days, then scheduled for deletion. Deletion may take additional time to finish. Payment records may be kept longer for refunds, disputes and record-keeping.

Payments and access

Payments are handled through secure checkout. We don’t receive or store your card details. Your browser remembers your session so you can return to your report. Download a copy if you want to keep it.
